Shipping and Returns

We want you to be happy with what you buy from us – and promise to provide the best products possible. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders and we will notify you if there are any problems or delays in delivery. If there are any delays due to stocking reasons, Nature's Treat will notify you and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order. 

Pricing

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Payment

We trade in Malaysian Ringgit and process payments via PayPal using either your PayPal account, your credit card or Visa/MasterCard debit card. We also accept payment via direct debit bank transfer from Malaysian bank accounts. All payments are processed securely and no card details are stored in the site.

Delivery

Providing all items are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving full payment.  We send most of our parcels via Poslaju & GDex. Delivery can take approximately 1-3 business days (within Peninsular Malaysia) depending on the delivery address given. Should there be any delay, we will contact you – please ensure that an appropriate telephone number is specified with your order.

Shipping Guidelines:

  • Orders placed before 2pm (on a weekday) will be ship the same day. Under given circumstances we won't be ale to ship on the very same day (our apologies in advance), we will have it ship the next day or we will inform you via Email.
  • Orders placed after 2pm (on a weekday) will be ship the next day.
  • We try to dispatch all orders as soon as we receive them. Once it has been sent to the courier for shipping, we are NOT liable for the delays especially when some inevitable things like eg public holidays, weekends, and other matter might occur. As part of our commitment to serve our customers, we will help you track your order and follow-up with the courier!

For urgent deliveries, please contact us and we can arrange a courier for you.

We will answer all e-mails as soon as possible on the same day or the next working day. We encourage your feedback and will respond promptly.

Gifts

There's nothing nicer than receiving a special present. We can add a personalized gift tag to any order at no charge (just note your message in the checkout comments).

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied we will refund or credit your purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase. Should you decide that you need to return an item, we will refund your purchase with original receipt. Nature's Treat will accept returned items in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. All refunds are credited to the original pay method- no cash refunds.

To expedite your return:

1. Email hello@natures-treat.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. A return authorization number will be emailed to you.
3. Ship the item in its original condition and packaging. 
4.Put your return authorization number on the outside of your package.
5. Send it to the address provided in the email we have provided.

** Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Product Availability

While we pride ourselves on always having enough for everyone, on the odd occasion, some of our items just simply sell out (we can’t help that). We do apologize in advance should this happen and for any inconvenience, however we ALWAYS try to pre-order out of stock items.
